Here’s another Seasonal Sipper for you to try, we have named this one “the North Pole!” It is beyond delicious! The elves will be MERRY indeed!
Do I have your attention? I thought so!
James, the butler is serving drinks tonight, he’s got one waiting for you by the Christmas tree
My friend Alycia over at Tablescapes at Table Twenty-One told me that her butler, Geoffrey, dons a Santa cap during the holidays. When James heard about that he insisted on dressing up also! He is going for a more casual look, sporting a red & white BAMA knit toboggan. Such a cute idea Alycia, thanks! Make sure you check out all her amazing tablescapes!
Did you notice there’s not one present under the tree? I hope Santa sends some elves over to help out!
This seasonal sipper has only two ingredients, which is dangerous because it is so easy to make! Candy Cane Vodka and
Peppermint Stick Ice Cream of course!!
With a candy cane rim and a peppermint stick stirrer, this drink will take you straight to the North Pole!
This creamy, icy, dreamy, minty indulgence is more like dessert…
The perfect ending to a holiday meal…
or a festive way to get the party started!
North Pole Cocktail
Ingredients
- 1 part Candy Cane Vodka or plain Vodka or Vanilla Vodka with a dash of peppermint extract, chilled if possible
- 3 parts Peppermint Ice Cream
- 1 part milk {optional}
Instructions
- Partially melt ice cream by putting desired amount in a pitcher in the refrigerator and letting it melt to the consistency of a thick milkshake. Combine with chilled vodka and pour into prepared glasses.
Notes
I had better luck holding the glass sideways and sprinlking the candy over the plate rather than spinning the up ended glass in the plate of peppermints
You can easily make this same drink “virgin style”, it is still as festive and special without the vodka!
Enjoy! What is your favorite Holiday drink?
