Tablescapes, Happy Cinco de Mayo!

According to  Wikipedia,  Cinco de Mayo, May 5th, is observed in the United States as a celebration of Mexican heritage and pride.   The actual date of Mexico’s Independence Day is Sept. 16. We love a holiday around here so we will celebrate just about any time for any occasion!

  1. Hey there, Senorita Jenna! This table is really rockin’ the spirit of the holiday! I love the rusted metal caricatures!!!!! They are perfect! They, along with that colorful guitar, really take the table up a notch! The dishes are beautiful, and the whole scene you have set puts me in the mood for fun, LOTS of food, and a few margaritas. I’m with you on the individual salsa dishes. It makes it much easier for guests to enjoy their chips and salsa when they don’t have to concern themselves with double-dippers! I like that taco holder, too. I’ve never seen one of those. NEED!!!!!! We eat a lot of Mexican food here at home, and that would really come in handy! ALL of your food looks absolutely delicious! Makes me want it all RIGHT NOW!!! Muy bien hecho, mi amiga! As a Rodriguez, you have my personal stamp of approval! 🙂
