Tablescapes, Save the Ta-Tas!

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness month and I am dedicating this post to 3 very important and amazing women in my life.  My sister-in-law, PP~a BFF, VM~ and my niece CTS.   My SIL and BFF struggled and brilliantly fought breast cancer and have been in remission now for over 10 years.  My niece has walked literally thousands of miles all over the country raising awareness and money for this very important cause.  I want to honor them today, on the eve of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and thank them for their courage and inspiration.

What a wonderful surprise! Made me have tears in my eyes before I go to work. The table setting is beautiful and I appreciate your honoring all three of us and thinking of everyone out there who has been touched by breast cancer in one way or another. Love you!

  2. Hi Jenna – Oh my goodness I can’t even begin to thank you for honoring the loved ones in your life with this beautiful tablescape. I’m sitting here on the couch watching TV with the laptop and Hubby sees me with tears literally running down my face and was like.. “what’s wrong?” I told him they are happy tears and showed him your tablescape. I’m incredibly touched and thanks again. And thanks for linking up and being a part of the Pinktastic Party. Hugs from Your Warrior Sister, Holly

    • I am so glad you saw it Holly, when I read about what you were planning for the fall, I knew immediately that I wanted to do a pink table for all affected by this horrible disease. I admire your courage for being so open about your experiences, and I couldn’t wait to surprise my special peeps with a table! Thank you so much for the inspiration!

What a beautiful tribute to the breast cancer survivors in your life. Thank you for this reminder to consider their cause this coming month. I enjoyed your pink table, but most of all how you made the breast cancer symbol with the scarf on the napkin!
    Blessings!

That is a wonderful tribute and reminder to all of us about breast cancer awareness month. I lost my BFF three years ago to breast cancer so this touches me very deeply. Congrats to your three ladies on beating this dreaded disease.

  9. Well, I knew when I saw your link name it was going to have an effect on me. However I didn’t know I would get:

I love love love this tribute to your three very important ladies.I add my name to this list also but the greatest thing about this table is the pink BRA what a great idea. I tell you I may miss my tatas but I don’t miss wearing a bra .such freedom without. thank you for creating this Honor.Susie

    • You are so welcome Susie! It is my honor to pay tribute to you, I am so sorry you have been affected. One thing I have learned from the people I know that have had this terrible disease is that they are all so full of positive life and spirit, it is so inspiring!
