Tablescapes, Snowmen and Scarves

We don’t get a lot of snow in my Southern state

So, it is up to me,  a snowy scene to create

Even though I was only setting the table for 4, to keep things cozy and warm on the glass I used 4 more

A big jolly snowman head and some cotton are perched in the center

surrounded by snowman plates and glasses for the guests who enter

My snowman centerpiece has peppermint ears, and a scarf tied in a Christmas bow

he looks so happy on his cloud of snow!

A sweater set warms a bottle of wine

And the plates can’t wait to hold something divine

Candy cane napkins* match his scarf and his ears

and there are quite a few glasses on hand for cheers!

Carrot sticks are in bowls for a little crunching

Before it comes time for more serious munching!

You will be surprised when you see where my snowman ends up next!

Note:  *I used a red and white napkin to create the “candy cane” or “scarf stripe” look and taped the underside to secure the end
