Time for a new list of recipes to refer to this month for inspiration~I never expect to make all these in one month, but I like to have a lot to choose from, to keep things flexible. I find it’s just the push I need sometimes to experiment or make an extra effort…

Spring cocktail turned into Pineapple Cocktails
I amped up Bacon Wrapped Roasted Pear Salad and added some caramelized nuts and maple bacon~
Maple Bacon Wrapped Pear Salad, it was featured at Miz Helen’s Full Plate Thursday
Carrot Soup became Carrot Soup with Coconut Cream…I had a little issue with the coconut cream photo, pop over to the post to see what happened here~
Chicken Teriyaki Kebabs turned into Chicken & Pineapple Skewers with Wild Rice Medley which will be posting soon
Carrot Cake Cheesecake turned into Baby Carrot Cakes with Brown Sugar Icing and White Chocolate Glaze

Lord have mercy….I don’t know where to even start commenting…it all looked so tremendous. So you didn’t say what time the party starts for derby day, so I know when to come☺
I made the bacon wrapped pear salad for Easter dinner and my whole family loved it. What a great combination of flavors. Yum!
