Take-out Tuesday, Chicken with Ginger Orange Marmalade

Nothing fancy here, just a 5 minute prep and a little slow cooking time and you will have a wonderful summer dinner!

It couldn’t be easier, and you definitely won’t work up a sweat!

Make a sauce with Orange marmalade, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, orange juice, and ginger paste or fresh ginger.  Ginger paste is in a tube in the produce section by the herbs, it is so handy to have in the fridge~

I found these slow cooker liners the other day at BBB, $4.99 for 5…treat yourself!!  That means clean up takes no time!!  And if you have leftovers, they are already in the bag [haha]!

Place the chicken in the slow cooker~I used chicken tenders, but use boneless thighs or whatever you want

Pour the orange marmalade sauce over the top

Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.  Lengthen cooking time for larger pieces of chicken.

We had this the other night with Spring Roll Wraps
