Are your thoughts turning to Fall and all the yummy foods associated with cooler weather? We won’t have cool weather until the end of October, so I will be holding off on the fall soups and stews for a while and keep concentrating on a rainbow of summery dishes.

It has been a delicious summer so far at the Painted Apron. There is a tie for my favorite recipe this time, between Chilled Peach Soup with Raspberry Cream and Lite and Spicy Rainbow Lasagna~ these are also two of the healthiest ones
I hope you’ve seen something you want to try~

There always is a rainbow of color, creativity and variety at your table Jenna! Everything looks delicious 🙂
What marvelous foods you’ve created. I would love to taste the tomato jam. Tomatoes are my favorite part of summer.
Sam
Sausage and apricot skewers! Sounds like you’ll be eating well:@)
I like your list, Jenna! We have had such glorious weather all Summer, it is easy to think about Fall. I don’t know why, but it sure has been a nice Summer. Usually, by this time, the grass is crunching under our feet and the humidity and heat are horrible! We are enjoying!! However tempting, soups and stews on the menu can wait another month or so.:-)
I’m starving all of a sudden! Everything looks so delicious, and I can hardly wait for August. Garlic soup sounds great to me! 🙂
You sure know how to whet an appetite with these pictures. Everything looks delicious!
Thank you Sandra!
