Fall home tours are so much fun, I love to see different decorating styles and I thought I’d share a few peeks of autumn in my house~
Even though some of my tablescapes get pretty crazy, my decorating style is fairly minimal. I like to have a clean slate to work with because I am constantly moving things around
The gray and white family room is easy to change up with different pops of color, and right now the star is orange
I recently did a painting for this space, it’s an abstract of hills dotted with fields of fall flowers
I move paintings around all the time, it’s a great way to change the feel of a space
Accessories too…I’m debating whether to paint this secretary gray with white trim, what do you think?
The pumpkins will stay through November, love love love pumpkins…
A decorative basket is a great spot to hide ugly power cords ^^’
I like to keep the mantle simple. After Halloween the ghost and owl will disappear
And I’ll retire this painting until spring
The baskets hold toys
I keep a piece of white burlap on top so I can keep the toys hiding in plain sight, with instant access and fast clean up
Dot Painted Trick or Treat Pillows perch in the leather chairs for a little Halloween fun
The bar area between the kitchen and the family room is perfect for all kinds of displays
Great storage too, I can easily swap things out from season to season
The Burlap Witch is currently in charge
A grapevine pumpkin full of lights brightens the kitchen desk
along with some Halloween needlepoint
The Haunted Mansion landed on top of my studio desk, along with Broomhilda
where she remains Under A Spell
There’s a ceramic pumpkin in my studio and a Halloween chalk board
Witches, Pumpkins & Treats Oh My! Watch out for spiders in the sky! We have spiders dangling everywhere outside right now, do you?
A haunted birdcage in the dining room, created by Super Boy
He used that creepy white spider web stuff and I helped him make felt bats and ghosts
It really turned out cute so we put it on the dining room table, with some other Halloween things~he was so excited!
” You should blog this Gigi!” I am lucky to have so many “blogging assistants”
Don’t forget the powder room! It’s fun to have some unexpected surprises…
A girl just can’t have too many witch legs!!
Thanks for stopping by!

What a great idea to put those darn electrical cords in a basket to hide them! Thank you – I’m going to find myself a basket now
Very cute Jenna, I love the centerpiece and I had troll dolls when I was a kid-too fun:@)
All beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
thank you Liz, so nice of you! Have a great weekend!
So much Spooky fun Jenna! Love all the Halloween touches around your home and the birdcage Super Boy helped decorate! I love the idea of painting your secretary gray and white, but boy what a job! Painting furniture is not my cup of tea even with the help of ASCP 🙂
I can see you’ve had a lot of fun. Your home is beautiful and so festive. Thanks for a sneak peek!
Your home is exquisite. Some of your ideas create such simple elegance. Love even your Halloween wine glasses turned upside down. Would love to see your Christmas decorations.

Oh wow, everything is so beautiful and your Halloween decor is fabulous. Thanks tons for linking to Inspire Me.
Wow! I so enjoyed your decorations. You’ve really gone all out! Your different pumpkins scattered everywhere are wonderful, and it all is very fun for those grandchildren. 🙂
thanks Kim, totally inspired by you 🙂 I always am a little embarrassed to do home tours, but I do love peaks insides everyone’s homes~
I do, too, Jenna. Both a little embarrassed as well, and love to see settings of others. Feels like you know them better. 🙂
