I purchased my Spiral Vegetable Slicer from Amazon.com here, but check your local Target or BBB.  There are a lot of different versions available, in various price ranges.  You can compare different ones here.  The Paderno one below was ranked #1 for 2014, about $33

Oh my goodness, that zucchini dish sounds delicious! I’ve never even heard of a spiral vegetable slicer, lol, and now I want to get one so I can make this recipe. Thanks for sharing it! ~~ Pam

  4. Healthy and flavorful. Love the picture of the zucchini pasta hanging from the cupboard knob!

  5. Mary says:

I have to try this Jenna! I made an arugula pesto with pistachios before and have only played around with a wee hand-held version of a spiralizer. I love that this bakes in the oven rather than a pan too!

  6. Marigene says:

    Looks and sounds delish, Jenna!
