Roasted Grapes, Smoked Cheddar and Walnut Salad from Nibbles by Nic turned into Winter Roasted Grape Salad

Honey Stung Carrots from French Gardener Dishes turned into Honey Roasted Carrots with Green Beans and Sesame Seeds and was chosen for a dish on Miz Helen’s Country Cottage, Full Plate Thursday

Deep Dish Spinach Quiche with Toasted Sesame Crust from Half Baked Harvest turned into Sesame Crusted Spinach and Prosciutto Pizza

I can’t really pick a favorite from January’s dishes, they were sooo very good… I hope you’ll give some of these a try!
