Party Panache, Coconut Cake Milkshake Martini aka Cottontail Cocktail

Have your cake and drink it too!
Cake Vodka, Vanilla ice cream, and some coconut will have you hopping like a happy bunny!
The perfect refresher after an afternoon Easter egg hunt πππ
This Cottontail Cocktail is really a Coconut Cake Milkshake, served martini style with an optional rim of coconut
You can use a small paint brush and paint the rim with cream of coconut and then dip it in
So whether you think of it as a Cottontail Cocktail
Or a Coconut Cake Milkshake Martini
Call it whatever you like, it’s dangerously divine!
The bunnies are quite proud to serve it!
Make a virgin version for the kiddos, just leave out the vodka~

Coconut Cake Milkshake Martini aka Cottontail Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Cake flavored Vodka [or milk for a virgin version]
- 1 large scoop vanilla icecream
- 1 tsp coconut extract
- 1 T cream of coconut
- sweetened coconut flakes for rimming glass [optional]
Instructions
- Brush rim of a martini glass with coconut cream and immediately place it in a place of sweetened coconut flakes. You might have to do this several times or in stages, to get it to stick. Place glass in freezer while you make the drink.
- Put everything in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into chilled glass. Makes 1 cocktail
Enjoy!

Sounds delicious Jenna, I have some leftover Pinnacle Cake vodka I use for birthday cake martinis…hmmm…?! I’m continually amazed at all the flavored vodkas that are available. Love that you can mix a milkshake version for little bunnies π
I’m thinking that may be the only way to survive the egg hunt-lol! Sure sounds good, have a great week Jenna:@)
Looks and sounds amazing….What a fun, fun cocktail…
This looks like dessert — I need to try this! Much easier than baking a coconut cake, that’s for sure. And it is a one-time splurge — no huge cake hanging around, calling my name…
ha! you canβt beat vodka and ice cream!! >
Yum! Adult desserts….love it! Dropping by during the Thursday blog hop. Sue
