Gifts from the Kitchen, Holiday Jars

This little gift will bring a smile to anyone’s face
Perfect for neighbors, friends, or that impossible to buy for person on your list
I got all the goodies at Target except for the Peppermint Spoons which I ordered here
Peppermint Mocha and Vanilla instant latte packets, mini peppermint bark candies, mini gingerbread men cookies, and marshmallows
Tuck everything into a quart size Ball jar
Arrange things so the front sides are visible
It’s kind of like window shopping, peaking in the windows š
Add a cupcake paper or cut a circle of wrapping paper to cover the lid
If using a cupcake paper, flatten it out as much as possible and smooth it over the center lid insert, place on jar and add the sealing ring
Tie on a pretty ribbon and a Merry tag [also from Target]
And you’re ready to deliver!

Holiday Jar
Equipment
- 5 quart size Ball jars {wide mouth openings are best, but regular will work too}
Ingredients
- 1 package 5 count Starbucks Peppermint Mocha latte packets
- 1 package 5 count Starbucks Vanilla Latte packets
- marshmallows I used 4 large for each jar
- mini gingerbread cookies I used Pepperidge Farm Ginger family
- 5 + Peppermint spoons or peppermint sticks or candy canes {or tuck several into each jar}
- 15-20 Ghiradelli mini peppermint bark candies Hersheyās kisses, or mini chocolates
- 5 cupcake papers
- 5 ribbons
- 5 tags
- snack size zip lock bags or saran wrap
Instructions
- Wrap marshmallows and cookies in saran or place in very small baggies.
- Tuck 1 packet of each flavor latte into the jars, along with cookies, candy and marshmallows, arranging labels facing outward so things look pretty.
- Put a cupcake wrapper on the lid, tie with a ribbon and tag. Deliver with a smile
