Here’s what I made from the January Paint Bucket
Caesar Salad Dip with Salami Chips has become a new favorite and it’s fairly guilt free snacking…you must try the salami chips, they are very tasty! This was featured on Celebrate and Decorate and Rustic and Refined
Roasted Fennel with Parmesan and Pomegranate turned into Roasted Fennel and Red Cabbage Citrus Salad
One Pot Creamy French Onion Soup Pasta Bake from Half Baked Harvest turned into French Onion Soup Penne and was featured at Miz Helen’s Country Cottage
BBQ Pork & Pineapple Hand Pies are full of pulled pork, BBQ sauce and pineapple tidbits all wrapped up in puff pastry
Creamy Spinach Sweet Potato Noodles with Cashew Sauce from a Pinch of Yum
One Pot Creamy White Bean & Ham Tortellini Soup from Carlsbad Cravings turned into Sausage Tortelloni “Stoup” with Kale and Cannellini
Apple Cookies from Rachel Shultz turned into Loaded Apple Cookies, a healthier sweet treat and were featured at A Stroll Thru Life and Lori’s Culinary Creations
Eggnog Panettone Bread Pudding turned into Bacon & Eggnog Panettone Pudding, perfect for holiday mornings
My favorite recipe from January’s bucket list is French Onion Soup Penne, make a lot, the leftovers are just as good the second and third time around!
A close second is the Caesar Salad Dip with Salami Chips, be sure to try this one too~
My most popular recipe in January, not on the bucket list, was HH’s Asian Glazed BBQ Ribs, you definitely want to try this one!

OMG-triple pig sliders!!! Sure sounds like football food to me! Looks like you’ll be eating well in February Jenna-enjoy:@)
I zeroed in on those triple sliders too Jenna! Everything looks delicious on your menu…March looks like a month for Weight Watchers for me with all the foodie celebrations and with the Panthers Super Bowl bound 🙂
As usual, they all look yummy! I did try your french onion penne dish (but don’t tell anyone — I took a shortcut and used a can of condensed onion soup) and it was really delicious! Thanks as always for the great ideas! You’re my go-to girl for easy and delicious recipes! 🙂
I’m all for shortcuts Joanne, so glad it turned out! >
Everything sound yummy, Jenna! I’m craving the broccoli, cheddar and avocado potato skins even though it is only breakfast time now! Linda
Jenna, everything sounds delicious! But the polenta cakes, oh my goodness!
The French Quarter Cheese Ball looks interesting. I clicked over and read through the recipe and the praline topping is a fun sweet addition to savory! I’ll remember this for next weekend!
This is a very extensive list and I am thrilled that you included my Homemade Italian Salad Dressing thank you so much!
I want to come to your house, Jenna! You make such yummy and fun dishes.
With all your activities this month, you’re right to be organized! I’m wishing a blueberry cream cheese king cake could be delivered to my front door. Wow – bacon and sweet potatoes? I’m in! Nothing’s better than bacon except bacon-wrapped bacon (says Fun Son).
ha! Yes, what is it about guys and bacon?? I’m planning to make those triple pork sliders for my “fun son’s” birthday- blueberry cream cheese king cake sounds divine, get me one too please 🙂 >
