March is always a special month, with St. Patrick’s Day fun 🍀, Springing forward, and Easter 🐇 this year
I have a very special Chocolate Cake, perfect for St. Patrick’s Day, that I’ll be sharing soon,
and lots of Easter treats…
So check in often and see what’s cooking!
Here’s a list of recipes that I’m using for recipe inspirations this month. You can also see some of the recipes on the March Paint Bucket Pinterest Board here
The highlighted green titles are links to the recipes from other sources in case they pique your interest and you want to give them a try. I never get around to making everything, but it’s so handy to have a short list to pick from on busy days.

Here’s what I made from the February Paint Bucket
Mini Pepper Nachos turned into Taco Tuesday Dip
Broccoli and Cheddar Stuffed Potato Skins with Avocado Cream from Food Network turned into Broccoli & Cheese Smothered Potato Boats, and were featured at Lori’s Culinary Creations
Polenta Cakes with Sundried Tomatoes, Kale & Mushrooms from Whole Foods turned into Mushroom Topped Polenta. This was just sauteed mushrooms atop sauteed polenta, and rather bland…it needs work so I didn’t share it with you
Air Fryer Fried Chicken was another culinary disappointment. The air fryer was returned and I’m sticking with my more traditional cooking methods
Chocolate “Salami” from Culinary Ginger turned into Chocolate Ravioli, good for any occasion~ and was featured on Storypiece
You might want to check out these other featured February Painted Apron recipes, that weren’t on the Paint Bucket list this month, in case you missed them, they are some of my very favorites…
Apple Pear Ham & Bleu Cheese Tart, at Miz Helen’s Country Cottage
Tomato Canapés with Bacon Chive Aioli, at Lori’s Culinary Creations
Vegetarian Round-up for Lent and Spring, at Miz Helen’s Country Cottage
Happy cooking!
