Fried Potato Stick Bird’s Nests seemed like a lot of trouble, so I opted for the much easier crowd pleasing Secret Ingredient Twice Baked Potatoes and included an Ode to the Potato recipe round-up

I took your tip on the brussel sprouts on pizza, but I chopped them up fairly small to camouflage them under a sprinkle of cheese. No one knew and thought it was very savory! Yippie for Jenna!
