Here’s what I made from the April Paint Bucket
Vegetable Slab Galette turned into Spring Vegetable Galette
Breakfast Salad turned into Sunny Side Up Salad and is a great way to start your day and was featured on Full Plate Thursday at Miz Helen’s Country Cottage
Lemon Chicken turned into Lemon Teriyaki Chicken
Baked Spaghetti Squash Boats with Sundried Tomatoes, Salami & Spinach from Epicurious sounded so light and different– I only tweaked it just a little for my Spaghetti Squash al forno
Layered Spring Salad from Home is Where the Boat is turned into Strawberries & Cream Pretzel Salad– the inspiration salad was a retro layered main dish salad, and it inspired me to make this retro strawberry layered salad which is actually more of a dessert! Just an example of how the mind can wander 😳
This post was very popular and was featured on Poofing the Pillows
Pie with Cinnamon Roll Pie Crust from Pure Wow turned into Breakfast for Dessert Pie
Root Beer Float Cake was fun to make and a treat to eat
