Recipe Box, Bleu Cheese Magic

Hate bleu cheese?  Wait!!  These ideas and recipes will work with other cheeses too!

When I was growing up I thought bleu cheese was beyond disgusting… So I totally get it…

But my mother loved it…and at some point, I grew up and learned to love things other than peanut butter

Now I think bleu cheese is magic   šŸŽ©

Any of these recipes are cheesy peasy easy,  and I have paired them with recommendations for bleu cheese substitutes, but I strongly suggest you try them with bleu cheese, it always adds such a tangy tasty element šŸ˜‹

Bleu Cheese Buns for instant bleu cheeseburgers  {substitute any cheese for bleu}

Sometimes if you mix the cheese with the meat it all melts out during cooking.  If you melt it on the bun you get all the flavor without going to any trouble at all

This technique is great for BLT sandwiches too!

The recipe is at the end of the post
