Recipe Box, Happy November

Happy November!

In an effort to be super organized this month, I got ahead of myself and made a mistake on post scheduling…in my own defense it was a hectic Saturday, with little boys running wild, decorating haunted gingerbread houses, prepping for a football party that night, packing for travel, cleaning house, transitioning decor from Halloween to Thanksgiving, whew, it was a little crazy  😲

The post scheduled for today was the November Paint bucket, which accidentally published on Sunday-

  6. How you do all you do, posting, being very creative and family life and you have one itty bitty switch! All you post is appreciated in any order and I love referring back to your older posts when looking for a recipe…………Happy November.

  7. Cute gingerbread house. Where have I been? I haven’t seen a Halloween gingerbread house. Jenna, don’t apologize ! I’m constantly amazed how you cook, create and blog all the time plus family and entertaining.
Your family and friends are lucky to have such good food all the time.

    • Thank you Bonnie, I am blessed with a busy life- as for the gingerbread houses, I got one at Target and one at Home Goods so they’d be different. The funny thing was that the one from HG had a cool spooky box, but the house inside was for Christmas with a tree and stars etched in the gingerbread. But it had the black and orange icing and Halloween candies so we just didn’t let that bother us…next time I will get them from Target, that was a much better kit and cheaper too. Have a wonderful November!

  8. I love those turkey napkin rings! I spent all day yesterday taking down Halloween and getting out turkeys.

How do you do everything, Jenna?! Just listening to your “to do” list the past weekend, made me tired! And everything always turns out so well!! Love those Halloween Gingerbread houses and your new yummy recipes. I want that turkey napkin ring…..especially the way the napkins fluff out to look like an elaborate tail! Wow! What a lovely addition to a fall table. You truly are an inspiration. Rosie

  10. How funny! You are not alone. One time I was editing a post and accidentally hit “Publish.” Not only was it a mess, but I’d planned on scheduling it days later. 🙂

It does get hectic, doesn’t it? We try to maintain a “normal” life while keeping blog schedules straight, but sometimes life overtakes us! Readers are very forgiving, I’ve found. They are so gracious to give us a “slide by” now and again. I see it as a bonus. We got two in one day! Yay!
