Everything Pizza Crust Sticks

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 12 minutes
Course Appetizer, condiment, Side Dish
Cuisine American

Ingredients

Breadsticks

  • 1 can Pillsbury pizza crust dough or any fresh pizza dough, or prebaked pizza crust
  • olive oil
  • kosher salt
  • Everything Seasoning
  • fresh rosemary
  • fresh shaved Parmesan cheese

Everything Seasoning

  • 1 T dried minced onion
  • 1 T dried minced garlic [reduce if you want a milder flavor]
  • 1 T poppy seeds
  • 1 T sesame seeds
  • 1 T kosher salt

Instructions

Breadsticks

  • Shape fresh dough into desired shape and thickness. I used canned pizza crust dough and folded in thirds and kneaded it together so I had a thicker crust.
  • Drizzle dough with olive oil and spread into a thin layer over dough. Sprinkle with a little kosher salt.
  • Sprinkle with Everything Seasoning, cheese and rosemary.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until dough is cooked and golden. Cut into thin strips or squares to serve.

Everything Seasoning

  • Mix together and put in a jar. Shake well to combine. Use it on toast, breads, eggs, salads, pasta, everything!
