Take-out Tuesday, Sausage & Apple Biscuit Muffins
You are going to want these muffins in your life
Soft biscuits, sweet apples, tangy sausage and cheese
Warm and just the right amount of gooey
Eat them with your fingers or with a fork or spoon
4 simple ingredients, canned biscuits, apple pie filling, grated cheddar and sausage
Quarter each biscuit and put the dough in a mixing bowl with the sausage
Add cheese and apples
Use a sharp knife to cut the apples into smaller pieces. Do this right in the mixing bowl so you don’t have a sticky mess on your cutting board
Toss everything together, fingers work the best, and distribute mixture into a well-greased muffin pan, putting 2-3 biscuit pieces in each tin
Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
Let cool 5 minutes, then carefully transfer to a serving plate, using a spoon to ease muffins out of the pan
