Recipe Box, Grapefruit Spritzer
I eat grapefruit like candy when it’s in season, and now I’ve discovered how to drink it too!
It’s been so warm on the coast, we feel like we’ve stolen days from summer
Perfect for enjoying breakfast on the porch
Recently the fog has been rolling in and out
Sometimes we can’t even see the bridge
So beautiful!
A grapefruit spritzer is a wonderful way to wake up
Squeeze a grapefruit half into a glass,
Add sparkling water, ice, and grapefruit sections and a rind garnish
So easy, so good, so healthy!

The spritzer looks wonderful — can’t wait to have this over the summer when it’s steamy hot!
Lucky girl at the beach! Your spritzer looks very refreshing outside for breakfast. I think it will be tasty here too, even without the view. I love citrus Jenna, taste and art. Love your new design, just lovely. Cant’ wait for our beach trip! Have a great weekend..
Jenna, I was thinking a little gin or sparkling wine would make your grapefruit spritzer even sweeter 🙂
I can’t believe this weather! I just went out for a walk at 9pm and it’s so humid my hair is a-frizz! A grapefruit spritzer would be perfect! Happy summer/winter!
Yes, we need cool drinks these days. It certainly doesn’t feel like January. You refreshment looks delicious, but I’ll take mine with lemon. 😉
