Recipe Box, Cheesy Chive Potato Crowns

These bite size potato “muffins” are similar to my Tater Crabs

But they are baked, not fried

And even easier to make   👍

Baked in a mini muffin pan

Do you have any silicone baking pans?

They are dreamy for things like this…

Mine cooked in about 35 minutes, but time will depend on your oven and pan

Check often near the end of cooking time and remove them when the edges start to crisp

Great side or appetizer

‘Tis crown season you know…😉

These are what I call tasty little tidbits. I especially like them because they work for any meal or, as you point out, as an appetizer. Combine that with easy to prepare and your crowns are winners.
