Tablescapes, Summer Favorites

Right now I’m recovering from family vacation last week, š“Ā and catching up, so I rounded up some of my very favorite summer tables to revisit
They are full of ideas, inspirations and crafts you might like to try for your summer tables and vignettes
These colorful fish platesĀ inspired ideas for painted accessories to go with them
They are still available at Anthropologie here
This table features painted colorful wine bottles, embellished with buttons, beads and ribbons
Washed Ashore has a largeĀ centerpiece full of things that might wash up on the beach, sea glass, shells, bottles and boats…so easy and fun to throw together in a big shallow basket tray
Blue and yellow make a perfect summer palette, and elegant accessories mixed with more casual elements play nicely on this bright table
Another easy centerpiece with a runner made from a length of netting and scattered with shells surrounding a hurricane with shells tucked around the fat center candle
Candlelight dining with shell filled candlesticks with fine china, silver and crystal for that special summer occasion
An unexpected surprise, such as this lifeguard chair inside a lantern makes a fun centerpiece or conversation starter
This table features DIY beaded chargers, pineapple pillows and a sari runner
Carving a watermelon basket makes not only a centerpiece but a perfect way to serve cut up fruit
Shell embellished forks and a shell charger bring the beach to wherever you are
Treasure maps and pirates booty scattered on this table make it fun for pirates of all ages, and PBJ skull sandwiches will get all the little ones lunching
Invite the girls over and serve them a Candied Lemon Martini in a dramatic summer setting
Tiles make great outdoor place mats, and there is nothing prettier than colored glass sparkling in the sunshine
And finally, since Wimbledon is going on this week…
Have your strawberries and cream atop tennis racquet “placemats”
Then head outside for a refreshing Creamsicle Mimosa
Have some Hot Pink Fun this summer!
Celebrate the season!

Cheers Rita!
How lucky for us you are recovering from your big week of entertaining house guests Jenna! So many great and fun ideas for setting tables creatively in here. I recognized a few but many were new to me. I especially love the life guard chair inside the lantern and the tennis racket place mats as well as the colors in Off Duty. Thank you! Rest up!

What a wonderful variety of summer fun! Such pretty tables!
Jenna, what festive summer tablescapes! I love the fish plates from Anthro and I love to shop at their Birmingham store! Thanks for all the eye candy!
The fish š plates and crab š¦ plates…2 of my all-time favorite patterns of your dishes! The first time I saw the fish ones…I would’ve guzzled battery acid to get my hands on them!!! ššš Happy recovery! I hope you’re sipping a few of those orange mimosas as a part of your “physical therapy” from vacation!!!
Thanks Alycia! I am trying to never buy another plate again š You have quite a collection yourself!! Mimosas definitely are therapeutic!
Wow! You have such a creative eye for detail – LOVE all your ideas and table settings!! And you are sooo good with color!! Cheers to summer, Jenna!! šš¹
I consider that high praise coming from a fellow artist!
It’s fun to review your fun ideas. Hope you had a good vacation. For me, Maine is like a 5 month vacation!
I know what you mean, except we always have a stream line of visitors!
Oh well, we’re lucky to have places to share.
Love your summer table round up Jenna! I had plans to do a lakeside table but it is HOT here with no shade or breeze in sight! Hope you’re enjoying some R&R and Gulf breezes are blowing your way š
Oh awful! I have to head north next week and am dreading the inland heat already…I hope your beautiful plants stay hydrated!
Beautiful roundup of table settings, I would love to set at anyone of the tables, so fun!!!
I hope you will also join Oh My Heartsie Girls Friday Features to Linkup as well!! Link in profile!
Have a great weekend!

Thanks Karren, I’ll pop over
What a collection of fun and festive tablescapes! I love every single one. (Now where do you STORE all those dishes?!)
Thank you Jeanie! Storage is a constant challenge for sure, I have several dish closets and do a lot of rotating aroundā¦is there ever such a thing as too much storage š >
Wow Jenna, you truly are a tablescape queen. I spy some pretty MKC. You have quite the collection of fabulous plates. My husband thinks I have tons, but you beat me. I will show him yours, so he can see you have more…LOL. Each one is so pretty and unique. Happy summer.
Thanks Linda, Iām lucky, my husband is really sweet about my dish addiction, and heās the one that gives me all the MKC things, I would never spend that much $! >
Just as I saw one tablescape and LOVED it, then another favorite would come up, and so on and so forth. So many wonderful ideas displayed beautifully. Thank you.
Thank You!
I love them all!!! If I had to choose a favorite it might be the martini table, or the crab table – oh I don’t know they are all so cute!!
Aww, thanks Ann!! >
I really love all of your summery table setting Jenna but I really like the netting crabs!
Thanks for sharing these at C&C with J&J.
Enjoy the week.
