The Organized Life, June Paint Bucket

Summer is here!

Happy June!

The flavor of the month for June is Watermelon!

Here is what I made from the May Paint Bucket

The flavor of the month was healthier Mexican

I lightened up Loaded Chicken Enchilada Nachos from Cusina de Yung by making Skinny Enchilada Cheese Dip

3 Ingredient Crescent Sausage Bake from the Kitchen is My Playground was the inspiration for these Sausage, Cheese & Prosciutto Pinwheels

Blueberry Almond Croissant Casserole became Blueberry Brunch Casserole for 2 or 10, was a delicious brunch we enjoyed on Mother’s Day

This recipe was featured on Thursday Favorite Things, Marilyn’s Treats

I was inspired by Pina Colada Fruit Salad from Sugar, Spice and Spilled Milk, and made an easy Pina Colada Fruit Salad with chunks of fruit and a coconut drizzle, perfect your any summer fiesta!

This was featured on Full Plate Thursday, Miz Helen’s Country Cottage

Italian Biscuit Bundt was inspired by THE Bread from the Pioneer Woman

It was the Most Viewed on Miz Helen’s Country Cottage

Chicken Cordon Bleu Quesadillas from Little Dairy on the Prairie inspired deli Chicken Cordon Bleu over Zoodles & Pasta, and semi-homemade easy and elegant dinner

Baked Fiesta Ranch Chicken Tacos from Carlsbad Cravings turned into Loaded Chicken & Veggie Taco Bake

I still want to make Kentucky Derby Pie Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars from Half Baked Harvest, but I did make a shortcut version, Kentucky Derby Chocolate Pecan Delights

Triple Lemon Blueberry Bundt original recipe

This cake was featured at Thursday Favorite Things, Marilyn’s Treats

I will be making all of these again soon,

Adding raspberries or strawberries to the brunch casserole or the bundt cake would make them perfect for Flag Day and the 4th of July!

Thanks for stopping by!
