Flavor of the Month, Pineapple
July’s flavor of the month is pineapple, and I’ve already made several wonderful things, Bacon Wrapped Hot Dogs with Pineapple Salsa, BBQ Chicken & Pineapple Wrap, and a Pineapple Smoothie Cocktail
Here are some additional pineapple treats and ideas from the archives, there is nothing better than a ripe summer pineapple, it will take you straight to a tropical island!
Not only are they delicious to eat, you can use them as a vases
or a decoration for a cake!
Pineapples make an instant centerpiece for your table
You can even use a pineapple to serve appetizers!
Any type of bite on toothpicks, can be stuck into a pineapple for a unique way for guests to help themselves
Make a dipping bowl out of the bottom of a pineapple Asian Firecrackers
Pineapple Prosciutto and Parmesan Pizza can be served as an app or main dish
Hassleback Hawaiian Chicken with Pineapple is a delightful make ahead dinner
Pineapple is delicious grilled
Grilled Fireball Pineapple Slices
Grilled Pork & Pineapple and Pork & Pineapple Hand Pies
Sweet Chili Pineapple Glazed Shrimp
Pineapple is wonderful on a burger or a slider

I decided last week that I need to use pineapple more often. Perfect for summer! I made some tasty Captain Morgan Rum Pineapple Chicken thighs, and yummo 🙂 Your pineapple recipes all sound delish!
