The Organized Life, October Paint Bucket

October is one of my favorite months

The weather is perfect in Alabama, crystal blue skies and mild temperatures, football is in full swing, the autumn leaves are beginning to put on a show…

Here’s what I made from the September Paint Bucket

The flavor of the month for September was Caramel Apple

Apple Pie Blondies from Will Cook for Smiles were the inspiration for Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars

These were featured on A Wonderful Thought and Inside the Fox Den

I also made Bourbon Laced Caramel Apple Bread Pudding

BBQ Chicken Pinwheels turned into Tide Pride Red & White BBQ Chicken Rolls

Roasted Butternut Squash Salad with Pumpkin Vinaigrette turned into Maple Roasted Butternut Squash & Brussels Sprouts

Ultimate Bacon Zucchini Corn Parmesan from Munchkin Time inspired 3 Way Zucchini, Corn and Bacon {Side, Lettuce Wrap, Quesadilla}

Mushroom Ricotta Pasta from Wonky Wonderful turned into Mushroom Magic Pasta

Instead of Slow Cooker Crack Chicken from the Devilish Dish I made Slow Cooker Peanut Chicken

Eggplant and Italian Sausage Gratin from Cafe Sucre Farine turned into my version,

Italian Sausage & Eggplant Deep Dish Bake

This recipe will be posting next week, you won’t want to miss this one!

Beefy King Ranch Bubble Up from Plain Chicken turned into Cheesy Sausage, Corn & Biscuit Bake, and was featured on Marilyn’s Treats Favorite Things Thursday

These are all keeper recipes, but my absolute favorite recipes this month were the Red & White BBQ Chicken Rolls, and the Cheesy Sausage Corn & Biscuit Bake, both recipes are a must try!

Thanks so much for talking recipes with me today!
