Here’s what I made from the October Paint Bucket
The flavor of the month was Maple
Acorn Squash with Maple Blueberry Apple Stuffing was inspired by Baked Acorn Squash with Blueberry Walnut Filling from Taste of Home
Sausage and Cheese Crescent Squares from Pillsbury, turned into Sassy Sausage Squares, made with Maple sausage. this is my new favorite guilty pleasure and so easy to make!
This recipe was featured on Full Plate Thursday, Miz Helen’s Country Cottage
Sauerkraut Balls from Momoe’s Cupboard brought back fond memories of a favorite restaurant HH and I used to frequent with his parents, and Sauerkraut Balls were always served as complimentary appetizers
Octoberfest Sausage Sauerkraut Balls are made with maple sausage, onion, cream cheese and sauerkraut
Nutty Harvest Honeycrisp Kale Salad from How Sweet Eats inspired this
Loaded Kale Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas {HHjr’s creation} Asian marinated chicken with some spicy and tangy cheese in a golden flour tortilla are the ingredients in Spicy Asian Chicken Quesadillas
Roasted Carrot Soup from the Creative Life in Between with Grilled Cheese Dippers from Delish turned into Roasted Carrot and Vegetable Soup which is one of the easiest soups I’ve ever made
And the Grilled Cheese Dippers are the perfect compliment
Chicken Bacon Pumpkin Pasta Bake from A Pinch of Yum inspired this very tasty Pumpkin Mac & Cheese which was featured on Marilyn’s Treats, Thursday Favorite Things
I can’t believe I didn’t make any dessert in October 😵, I will have to remedy that over the holidays!
I don’t have a favorite this month, they are all keepers!
Here’s to a delicious November!

Jenna, your November list sounds so delicious. I always scroll to the desserts first, I definitely have a sweet tooth. I had a delicious pumpkin cheesecake at Bottega Tuesday night, so I will be looking for your recipes. Happy Thursday!
Oh yum, it’s going to be hard to make a cheesecake that would compare to Bottega’s!
Thanks for including my recipe!

oh how nice, thank you Shannon!
sooo much yumminess! Oh I am so hungry now!
thanks Jodi!
There certainly has been some good eating in your “neck of the woods” and more to come. It really is hard to believe that it is November. Especially here in Florida where we are still in the mid 80’s.
thanks Karen, I am hoping to dive into some of these recipes this weekend!
Wow! What a great list of recipes!
Thanks, I hope I can make a dent in this list, they all sounded so good to me!
I just scanned the list the first time. I’ll go back through the list in a bit to look closer. 🙂
I am also planning on making the potato/onion/cheese galette – sounds delish. Love the grilled cheese roll-ups and might make some for Carter when he visits!!
perfect for little fingers! I am thinking the potato galette might be a little heavy with pie crust dough and potatoes, what do you think?
Happy November Jenna! Looks like you’ll be eating well:@)
It’s an ambitious list for sure, I hope I can make a few of these, they all sound so good to me!
Delicious Jenna! Salted Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake sounds divine!
I have to make that!!
Just look at that precious Turkey, I love your Turkey! So many wonderful recipes in the bucket this month, can’t wait to try some of them. Thanks so much for sharing with us at Full Plate Thursday and come back to see us soon!
Miz Helen
I wish Thanksgiving lasted longer, there are so many recipes I want to try!
