Recipe Box, Rosemary Parmesan Biscuit Bubbles

Warning, these little bites of biscuits just might be addicting!

They are soft on the inside with crunchy Parmesan crust on the outside and scented with a delicate amount of rosemary

And they are so simple to make, you will have plenty of time for jingle belling and fa la la-ing!

I just used a small can of biscuits, but you can easily double or triple the recipe

Cut the biscuits into quarters and set up a breading station with a bowl of mayonnaise, a bowl of Parmesan and a greased casserole dish

Dip biscuit pieces in mayonnaise and then roll in Parmesan to coat, and place them side by side in prepared dish

If you do 3 or 4 at a time it goes fairly quickly

Next, slowly drizzle the butter over each piece and bake until they’re golden and beautiful!

Chop a little rosemary for finishing

I find that rosemary can be overpowering so I used just a light sprinkle

Rosemary Parmesan Biscuit Bubbles

  • Servings: makes 20 bubbles
  • Difficulty: easy
  • Print

1 5 count can biscuit dough

2 T butter, melted

1/2-1 tsp garlic salt

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese crumbles

Cooking oil spray

1-2 T fresh rosemary, chopped

Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 1 quart casserole dish with cooking oil.

Cut biscuits into 1/4s. Dip in mayonnaise and roll around to coat. Now dip in cheese and roll around to cover and place in dish.

Stir garlic salt into butter and slowly drizzle over each piece of biscuit

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through and golden

Garnish with rosemary sprinkles

Note: plan on 4-6 bubbles per person, they will disappear quickly!

Enjoy!
