Tablescapes, Porky Pig!

I know a guy that loves to grill

The more grills he has going, the better he feels

The weekly favorite is some form of pork

Spare ribs, pork butt, bacon, so tender all you need is a fork

He’s like the US postal service

No kind of bad weather will make him nervous

To date he has 3 kinds of grills and a pizza oven

And everything he cooks makes you eat like a glutton!

There are pink pigs, and white pigs and pigs in all shapes and sizes

Pig glasses, pig platters, pigs in all kinds of guises!

Chef MacPig oversees all

These three little pigs might be the cutest of all!

It’s a Porky Pig patio ready for a party

And you can be assured, we all will eat hearty!

Remember, the way to a man’s heart is through Pork!

Love the pig parade, and I would certainly be able to join them if HHJr was around to cook for me, too! It did not go unnoticed that the three little pigs came from the Piggly Wiggly. We have a Piggly Wiggly that’s located on Bigley, hehe.

  2. I love your little pig touches! And smiled at the wanting to eat like a glutton! Very fun, very happy!

  3. Any guy would be in “hog heaven” with this amazing station of grilling, making pizzas, and sitting by the fire…love the tablescape!!!!

  4. Chloe Crabtree says:

Your table is cute as can be! Of course, I think that pigs are cute (and don’t tell them, but delicious, too!!) . I prefer to not think about where the meat on my plate came from. I guess if I did I would become a vegetarian, because I think cows are pretty cute too! Now…that fireplace and pizza oven and grill…WOW! I am currently waiting for the updated drawings of our new covered and screened porch from our architect. I wish he would hurry up so we could finally get it priced out from a contractor! Enjoy your summertime meals!

    • Thank you Chloe! My son actually built the outdoor kitchen last December when we could not get a hardscaper to even call us back, he did a fabulous job and we’ve enjoyed the space so much! I hope your porch gets going quickly so you can enjoy!

We love pork also and this is pig heaven! On Father’s Day, hubby has requested a nice pork loin roast ! I think I like it even better than a beef roast. Enjoy your porky pig cookout, I know it will be super delicious! Happy Father’s Day to the chef! 🐷😃

WooHoo Jenna! I love all your pigs…and I have to agree with Chloe, I love to eat pork. I have always wanted a green egg and building yours in was genius. Love the tablescape to dear friend.
