to enjoy this fall classic ingredient that are worth a second look
Pumpkin Patch Salad is paired with a Pumpkin Vinaigrette and mini ham and cheese pumpkin shape pies
The vinaigrette is lip smacking, the mini pies are a wonderful complement to the fresh apple, cranberry and salad greens and you can carve an orange sweet pepper to look like a jack o’lantern, just to make it extra festive
Pumpkin Pie Surprise Mini Quiche are perfect for game day, fall party appetizers, and holiday gatherings
These tasty quiche like bites are full of ham and Gruyere cheese and velvety pumpkin cream cheese
Pumpkin Butternut Squash Holiday Queso will be the star of any occasion, not only is it pretty to look at, it’s full of healthy ingredients and is wonderful paired with a variety of dippers
How about a Pumpkin Sausage Naan, this quick to prepare pizza like treat can be made for 1 or as many as needed
The sauce is made with pumpkin and flavorful spices, rosemary, thyme, sage, shallot and garlic. The sauce is spread on the naan, and topped with browned sausage, Gruyere and pepita seeds and baked for 10-15 minutes
Pumpkin is a natural with pasta~
Loaded Pumpkin Mac & Cheese features everyone’s favorite macaroni and cheese with the addition of bacon and chicken all coated with a creamy pumpkin and Parmesan cheese sauce and it’s pretty much TDF, you know, to die for… it’s dreamy good!
Pumpkin Pasta with Sausage and Ham is very similar to Loaded Pumpkin Mac & Cheese except instead of chicken and bacon, it features ham {great way to use up those ham leftovers} and savory sausage
Fried Sage and the Chardonnay bechamel sauce take this Pumpkin and Sausage Pasta Pillows with Chardonnay Bechamel over the top, perfect for a special Fall occasion
A very favorite pumpkin recipe is Savory Pumpkin Enchiladas, tortillas filled with chicken and a sauce made with pumpkin, heavy cream, Rotel tomatoes and green chilies, onion, garlic, chili powder and cumin…it’s different and oh so amazing!

Jenna, what a wonderful pumpkin round-up. The pumpkin pasta dishes are calling my name. I agree pumpkin and pasta are a perfect pairing. Happy Wednesday!
Definitely, it makes a wonderful sauce!
Mmmm… mmmm… Pumpkin Pastas for sure! But that Ice Cream is calling my name!
I highly recommend them all! 🙂
These are all great! I’m trying to find your pumpkin vinaigrette…
Thanks Mimi, the pumpkin vinaigrette is on the pumpkin patch salad post, this is the link: https://thepaintedapron.com/2016/10/13/recipe-box-pumpkin-patch-salad/
Okay, I’d just found it. Ever since I had to update, my iPad has been doing weird things that I’m not used to yet!!! Thanks!
Glad you found it, changing technology is always a challenge1
I love pumpkin but can’t get my husband enthused! Your recipes all sound great.
If you don’t tell him, he will never guess!!
W@ow, fantastic recipes! Perfect for Fall and Halloween!
thanks, the pasta ones are really good 🙂
I’m iffy on pumpkin. Love pumpkin trifle and soup. Not so much some of the others, though the pasta sounds very interesting.
The pasta is divine Jeanie, it doesn’t taste like pumpkin, it just adds creaminess and a layer of flavor
All of the recipes sound fabulous, but I love the idea of that Pumpkin Patch Salad! 🙂
Thanks Robin, the salad is fun!
Hi Jenna, wow what a great assortment of pumpkin recipes to try out. Thanks for these ideas and recipes.
They are all so good and not overly pumpkiny!
Oh my goodness girl! All this is making my mouth water. That ice cream dessert……………..Need some of that for a pick-me-up this afternoon! YUM! Girl, you need to have a cookbook with pictures! Hugs and blessings, Cindy
thank you Cindy!
Pumpkin Pasta sounds pretty good to me:@)
Very yummy!
Oh wow Jenna, I love all your pumpkin dishes! Pumpkin pie is about the only thing pumpkin here except for TJ’s Pumpkin Butter! Isn’t that just awful. I think I need to rethink pumpkin!
I am not a fan of pumpkin pie, but all of these recipes…I hope you’re staying home today, I had forgotten what a rainy day is like ☔️
