I did not make Cranberry & Brie Puff Pastry Ring from Simply Delicious, but I did find a great recipe for

Easy Slo Cook Cranberry Sauce from Happier than a Pig in Mud

Holiday Sweet Potato Rounds were adapted from Garlic Butter Smashed Sweet Potatoes from Cafe Delights

 

 

Instead of Asparagus Casserole from Spicy Southern Kitchen, HHjr made a wonderful

Asparagus Leek & Mushroom Risotto

 

 

Slow Cooker Red Wine Sunday Ragú Pasta from Half Baked Harvest was the inspiration for

Slow Cook Short Rib Ragu, an easy to prepare dish perfect for chilly days

 

 

Bourbon, Bacon, Onion & Mushroom Grilled Cheese from Will Cook for  Smiles inspired me to make my own version of Grown Up Grilled Cheese
