Fearless Friday, Pop the Champagne!
Pop the Champagne, it’s 2020!
I treated myself to the December Art Snacks Plus box
The Plus boxes include 5-6 full size premium art supplies,
including 1 full size surface curated to work with the other supplies in the box
The December plus box featured a pad of Sirio Ultra Black Paper
I used the included Kuretake Zig white cartoonist brush marker,
a Molotow ONE4ALL acrylic twin paint marker {from a previous box}
and white, silver and gold gel pens here to create this champagne bottle
This photo from Comité Champagne was my inspiration {source}
First I drew the outline of the bottle top with the green paint pen
Next, it was filled in just a little
Gold gel pen was used to outline of the foil label
Champagne was lettered with the silver gel pen
Gold lines filling in
The white brush pen was used to indicate the foamy champagne
White gel pen added highlights and the beginning of the sparkles
More sparkle
Gold stars and dots

4″ x 8″ mixed media on black paper {I only used 1/2 sheet}

I think it would be fun to have the serving tray and coasters for special occasions
and I am going to get a set of stationary cards to have on hand for birthdays,
anniversaries, congratulations and other special occasions
