Home Decor, Spring Fever

Today I rounded up some of my favorite Spring crafts, centerpieces and vignettes

to give you ideas for bringing Spring into your home right now!!

This MacCarrot door swag,

so named because of it’s MacKenzie Childs inspiration,

is a fun project that can be hung on a door or wall

It’s basically a casual bouquet of flowers, ribbons and greens

turned upside down and topped with a bunch of carrots!

I love to use fresh vegetables for tablescapes and centerpieces

Spring vegetables and flowers can really make a statement

This platter holds a cabbage vase of pink blooms,

a head of butter lettuce, Brussels sprouts, and sugar snap peas

on a bed of fresh spinach leaves

Carrots fill a cabbage leaf pitcher with a carrot handle

and an asparagus vase holds carrot colored roses

This MacKenzie-Childs inspired centerpiece

features a Courtly Check tiered stand laden with bright blooms

and surrounded by an MKC chick

and an MKC wanna be, Little Miss Fancy

Flower Market tablescape

Another tiered stand, created by stacking cake stands,

and filled with vegetables and topped with fresh basil

The best part of using fresh vegetables in your decor is that

you can eat them later!

Vegetable Tree

Multiple vases containing the same flowers placed together

can bring more interest than one vase

Even simple glass jars can be elevated to sophistication with paint and ribbon

Bloomin’ Ball Jars

This arrangement features different elements in glass containers

The variety of size, height, and color of containers adds interest to the arrangement

Fresh Vignettes

Mix flowers with salad greens and radishes for an unusual  bouquet

Radishes and Roses

Fill a pretty tea cup with a single bloom at each place setting on your table

Flowers & Flamingos

Decorate with a birdcage

This birdcage is full of a combination of real, dried and faux hydrangea blooms

Blooming Birdcage

Make some burlap bunnies,

use them as decor or fill them with goodies for gifts or candy for the kiddos

Burlap Bunny Bags

Paint some bunnies!

Black & White Checked Bunnies and Egg

“MacCarrot” Tablescape

These decoupage Fanciful Bunnies are one of my very favorite creations

AND!

I saw the basic white washed wood bunnies that I used

at Hobby Lobby just last week!

They are still available 👏
