Tablescapes, Hydrangea Garden

It’s been so hot and stormy in the “city,”
I created a garden inside overflowing with all things pretty
It’s full of hydrangeas, a frog, and dragonflies…
and inside I can count on always clear skies
Big fat blooms fill the centerpiece tray
An indoor garden makes a wonderful getaway…
Pretty melamine hydrangea plates are great for dining in any room
Pastel blossom bowls hold pretty faux blooms
Mini galvanized watering cans are used for napkin rings
These lovely soft colors make my heart sing
In a view from above
You can see lots of hydrangea and dragonfly love!
A close up of the tiered tray
Full of garden things on display
Juicy Details
Hydrangea plates, napkin rings/Hobby Lobby February 2020
place mats, flatware, bowls/I’ve had for a long time
Painted glasses, dragonfly butter dish/painted by me
Items used on tiered tray: blue flower petal trivets, blossom napkin rings, ceramic frog, mini watering cans, faux hydrangea ball and stems, ceramic bird

Your table is blooming with beautiful details Jenna! Love your hydrangea plates! ♥
Thank you Mary, I couldn’t resist those plates back in February when I was dreaming of Spring! After living at the beach for 4 months, they were the first thing I wanted to play with when I got home!
Good morning Jenna. I love your beautiful blooming table with the melamine hydrangea plates and cute watering can napkin rings. There are so many pretty details to enjoy. Happy Sunday and stay cool!
Thank you Pam! Yesterday was so nice, not too hot, and I spent the afternoon on my daughter’s porch and it was so pleasant, not like Birmingham in August at all!! I look forward to setting another table with these plates and fresh hydrangeas soon…
You are back home…! And look what you do first… make such a beautiful tablescape! Those plates are so pretty and you know I love those glasses! But I can’t forget about those napkin rings! How cute are they!
Happy Sunday to you!
haha, I bought these plates back in February and have been itching to use them ever since! Yes, I have some things to attend to in “the city” and want to be available to help with my grands, our schools have already pushed back reopening several weeks…
Can I come and sit at your table? I promise not to drool…too much.
haha, thanks Dorothy!
Hydrangeas are such a summer blessing! Big and beautiful and your table setting certainly brings summertime inside. I love those plates Jenna and your tiered hydrangea centerpiece. Lovely indeed……
Thank you Emily, I wish I had hydrangeas growing in my yard, I do love them…but since we’re gone so much in the summer, we don’t plant many flowers…so I just pretend with faux ones 🙂
Wht a pretty table. And I really love your tiered tray. It’s quite lovely and makes the perfect centerpiece!
Thank you Jeanie!
I love hydrangeas and you have certainly showcased them. The tiered tray is lovely. Love the floral plates too. The overhead shot is amazing.
Thanks Linda!

The melamine plates are beautiful, Jenna, and I love the mini galvanized watering cans used as napkin rings. Your centerpiece is gorgeous, too, and you don’t have to keep it watered! o

Thank you Rebecca!
Your hydrangea table setting looks beautiful! The plates are so pretty and I’m especially loving your handpainted butter dish!
Thanks Allyson!
It would be lovely to be surrounded by hydrangeas. Mine are stubbornly not blooming 🙁 .
Love your butter dish.
Thank you Sandra, I used to have a backyard full and then one year they stopped blooming, not sure what happened…but it was fun to pretend indoors with faux ones!
Very pretty tablescape and tiered tray! Thank you for sharing this with Creative Compulsions!
