Creations, Early Fall Centerpiece

Happy September!

I am slowly transitioning my home decor to fall

The boys brought home these beautiful Summer Roses several weeks ago

and I enjoyed them so much

When they started to look tired I couldn’t bear to throw them away…

So I hung them upside down to dry

I love these faded colors for early fall

I pushed the moss down into this decorative box

so I could add some straw to mix in with it

Now I had a bed to build the centerpiece on

I gathered mini white faux pumpkins and spools of ribbon and got to work

I placed the pumpkins on the straw and moss

and tucked the roses around them

The final touch was wrapping a ribbon around the box

and weaving a strand of gold leaves around the pumpkins

This is a sneak preview of the table I’ll be sharing

for the annual Welcome Fall Tablescape Blog Hop next week

Be sure to stop by and see all the gorgeous fall tables we’ll be sharing!

Happy September!!
