Tablescapes, The White Rabbit’s Valentine Tea Party

Welcome to the annual Valentine Tablescape Blog Hop

hosted by Chloe of Celebrate & Decorate

Come in come in, it’s time for tea!

You’re not late, it’s just you and me

The clock says it’s 5 to 5,

Why that’s the perfect time to arrive!

No it’s not too late as you will see

This is the place you want to be

Not down the rabbit hole, that’s much too scary!

Pull up a chair, no need to be wary

The rabbit’s arms hold chocolate roses

He looks so dear in his poses

I’ve brewed pots and pots of red heart tea

You’ll be treated just like a Queen, wait and see!

There are plenty of cups and plates for sweets

I love that you’re here, it’s quite a treat!

Be sure to visit all the tables on the links below,

There will be plenty of Valentine fun I know!

Jenna, I’m an Alice in Wonderland fan so I’m always happy to take tea with a white rabbit! Love your purple placemats accenting your fun plate and tea cup stack, chair sashes and hearts hanging from your chandy! Love your rhyming fun too. I’m mad as a hatter to join you at the table and hop with you again . ,-) ♥

P.S. My first comment fell down the rabbit hole so it may have gone to spam or duplicated!

Jenna, your creative mind was racing, I can see, just like the White Rabbit’s thumping foot in Alice’s Wonderland! What fantasy brought to life! I love your witty words, and the mix of purples and reds makes for a sensory delight. Why, we can have tea for the first five minutes, then when the clock strikes 5, we can really begin the party and move on to those cute black & white martini glasses! I would love to join you on this or any occasion, and enjoy your artistry at the table and kitchen! Happy February, my friend.

  4. Kari says:

Jenna…you have done it again. I love your poetry and artistry. I am a fan of Alice ( did a tablescape several years ago) and your white rabbit and chocolate roses are perfect and brings back memories. Love your silver pieces too. Stay warm my friend…we are all a little chilly this morning. I put on a pot of ham and navy beans to keep warm. LOL
    Happy Valentine’s Day.
    Kari

Lewis Carroll would be please with your table and rhymes! Such a fun table filled with charming pieces that helps you to live the wild tea party that Alice enjoyed.
Like Rita said, five minutes of tea then on to the Martini’s!

Oh my goodness! I loved Debbee’s Queen of Hearts table, and now I get to visit your delightful White Rabbit table! I love it all, but my favorite is those square plates with the sweet words on them! It looks like maybe we need to just have a hop around the Alice in Wonderland Theme! Thanks for joining us!!

  9. Such fun rhymes Jenna. Such a fun post with the rabbits. I have so enjoyed hopping around your sweet table. Smiles for my starting day. This is the place I want to be. Tea and then martinis.

Jenna, I’m mad for your table! If only we could have combined my Queen of Hearts with your White Rabbit tableware and elements! Such a fun and festive table for a Valentines tea! I would have loved to have that clock and lock and key in the center for my Unbirthday Party decorations. And, I adore those glasses with the black swirls!

  11. I am a fan of Alice and I just love your table, Jenna. You are so creative whether you are painting, DIYing, cooking and baking, rhyming, or setting beautiful tables, I might be slightly envious of all your talents. I will take chocolate roses over real roses any time. I would love to sit at this table, so much fun!

Just adorable, Jenna! How fun that you and Debbee both chose Alice in Wonderland as your Valentine’s Day tablescape theme. You really nailed the theme using only items that you had on hand, like the pocket watch, playing cards and keyhole. It’s so fun to scroll through while reading your whimsical rhymes! It’s always a pleasure to hop with you. Happy Valentine’s Day, my friend!
