Happy April! I love strawberries. I ate that rainbow salad at least 4 or 5 times!
Thanks Rita, so glad you enjoyed the salad!
Jenna, my whole family loves strawberries! I’be decided to make a fresh strawberry cake for Easter dessert. I can’t wait to see all the yummy things you cook up this month. Happy April!
Oh, your fresh strawberry cake sounds so good, perfect for Easter!
OOH…everything looks so good but I am starving right about now. Gotta pin some of these recipes. I too love strawberries. I wish I had one of those little hashbrown muffins to go with my coffee this morning. Happy Easter Jenna. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
thanks Cindy, I wish I had one too 🙂
Strawberries fresh from the farm are a spring favorite! I can’t wait for the spring charcuterie board! Happy cool and windy Thursday…but the sun sure looks great!
Thanks Pam! I’m going to make the charcuterie board for our Easter Sunday egg hunt for the adults to enjoy while the kids are hunting.
So much yum!!
thanks Martha!
I love your painted strawberry! So pretty. We don’t get good berries till June but I’m eagerly waiting!
Thanks Jeanie, it won’t be long now!
Love your big strawberry! The strawberries we’re getting here are still pretty dismal, and our season is a long ways away! But ever year, when I pick with the kids, we tuck a bunch in the freezer marked “Easter” so that they don’t get consumed. That way we have strawberry shortcake with our local strawberries every year!
You are so smart to freeze them, there’s nothing better than a good strawberry. Thanks Dorothy
I also freeze rhubarb and mark it Christmas pie!
Jenna, just thinking about fresh strawberries is so pleasant. I look forward to them.
Your recipes are always tempting.
Enjoy the sunshine and have a very nice Easter.
Thank you Bonnie and Happy Easter!
We adore all sorts of berries! Juicy sweet local strawberries dipped with vanilla whipped cream with a glass of well chilled champagne…jeez, I start daydreaming now.. LOL..I love that asparagus tart! The painted strawberry looks so very pretty. Thanks for sharing, Jenna.
Thank you Angie, you can’t beat strawberries with fresh whipped cream and champagne!
I want to come to your house to eat!!
Haha, the kitchen is a busy place!
Jenna, our strawberries won’t be ready until July! But they come from the garden, so I can wait. In the mean time, the hash brown soup looks yummy!
Thanks for sharing these recipes and other posts at the FWF link party.
