Tablescapes, Floral Tea Party

One of my fellow Traveling Toters, Emily @theFrenchHutch
gifted me with this pretty
Curious Teacup Towel from MacKenzie-Childs

Naturally, my first thought was “Tablescape!”
My mind was spinning, I could hardly wait!
A trip to Hobby Lobby with a pouring centerpiece in mind
I found lots of pretties that I could combine

I gathered my tea pots, tea cups and other tea things

And set a table that practically sings!

Flowers pour from a teapot on top of a candle stand
down a trail of leaves Into a polka dot cup where they land

A pretty tea cup awaits at each place

Silver tea pots fill the rest of the space

Flowers and tea cups, silver and tea bags
There are even handmade little tea tags!

Thank you so much sweet Emily
and I hope soon you can come over and have tea with me!

That’s a very beautiful tea towel! Hopefully I could join you for tea in one of those days. The silver pots are really pretty.
Thanks Angie!
You know that I’m crazy about this beautiful tea table, Jenna!! What a beautiful job you did with the table and using Emily’s tea towel for inspiration. I wish I could join you!
I wish you could too! I’m hoping my granddaughter can come over soon and we can have the long promised tea party she wants to have. Thanks Kitty!
Well, that is super cute. I am wondering….did you find that ‘Pour Me’ teapot on that trip?!
Thanks Rita, it is actually a pitcher rather than a teapot, but I am pretending…and I found it at Hobby Lobby, 40% off 👏
Oh Jenna, I love, love, love your tablescape! I can’t wait to see how you made the centerpiece. It is gorgeous. The new tea towel you were gifted is so pretty, and I can see why it inspired you to set such a beautiful table. Every detail is perfect. I would love to be a guest at this lovely table. Wishing you a most blessed day!
Thanks so much Shannon, come on over!
How much fun is this….I’m not a pink lover, but balanced off the yellowed tray this really works. And it is so much FUN! Love your inspiration from the towel, too! Hugs, Sandi
Thanks Sandi!
This is so creative and fun! Really brightens my day.
Thanks so much Rhonda!
How pretty and I love the color combination!
thank you Martha!
I adore this one! So pretty and fanciful!
Thanks Dorothy, I’m not much of a tea drinker, but my grand CC wants to have a tea party, so now we have a table 🙂
You certainly do! A perfect table.
Jenna, what a beautiful tea party that you have created. I love that you found the inspiration from the darling tea towel gifted by Emily. I love pink and this is just too fabulous. I can just imagine four friends sitting around your tea table admiring every detail. Of course the teapot pouring out flowers is the piece de resistance. Looking forward to your DIY tomorrow! We have a frost advisory for in the morning, yikes this is late for frost!
Thanks Pam, CC and I have been talking about having a tea party for months, so now we’re ready! I’m covering our new hibiscus and dahlias tonight, I hope this is the last cold blast!
Oh Jenna, what a darling tea party! I’m happy I could be an inspiration to an artsy designer. The only thing I would wish for is to join you at the table to see up close these beautiful pieces you put tougher for this party. I love what you did, the pitcher is the perfect pot with the flowers flowing into a puddle. So clever! Love, love, love!
Thank you Emily! I just adore the tea towel you gave me and had so much fun making this crazy centerpiece!
You truly have a gift. Your tablescapes are artistry.
Thank you so much Bernadette, I’ve always loved to set tables 🙂
Adorable Jenna! Your tea towel from Emily provided the perfect inspiration for your table! Looking forward to your tutorial. ♥
Thanks Mary!
Jenna, you have absolutely outdone yourself! This table is OUTSTANDING! Love, love, love it! Bravo!!
Thanks so much Rosie! 💕
Between the clever rhyme and the table design itself, you have put Alice on notice!!!!!! What a terrific centerpiece idea! I know that had to take some time, and I love your dedication to making it look so great! It really looks like the pot is pouring flowers!!!!!!!! Isn’t it great how some of our best tablescapes are borne of such thoughtful gifts? I love the tea tags, too! Those are a SUPER special touch!
Thanks so much Alycia, it really didn’t take much time once I gathered all the parts…I’m looking forward to having a tea party with my granddaughter. The tea tags were a gift from another blogger, aren’t they so pretty?
Perfect for a Mother’s Day tea ! So pretty!
Thank you Cyndi!
LOVE this – your tables are always so beautiful and creative Jenna. And your poems make me smile! Thanks for the inspiration!
