Fearless Friday, Easy Watercolor Autumn Tree

I promise you don’t have to be an artist

to paint a colorful Autumn tree!

Water will do the painting for you!

Paint an abstract tree shape with clear water

on watercolor or mixed media paper

Drop in a golden yellow and let it bleed freely

Continue with a lime green, orange, and red

Let it dry and add more dots of color suggesting leaves

Paint the tree trunk and suggest limbs

with small strokes in a few places in the leaves

Once the paint is dry, go back with a fine liner pen to add detail~

It’s a few lines and squiggles

And to finish,

Suggest leaves on the ground with the same colors

Have fun with watercolor and

Be Fearless!

You make it sound easy, and I might could do it up to the fine line part. There I think I would mess it up in spite of your great tutorial.
