Recipe Box, Cheesy Herb Mushroom Bread

This mushroom topped flatbread goes together in minutes,
bakes in under 20 minutes
and can be served as an appetizer, side or main dish!

And guess what,
you don’t even have to sauté the mushrooms first!

Crescent Roll Dough, sliced mushrooms,
Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning,
fresh rosemary, butter
I also used garlic powder, grated Asiago
and crumbled bleu cheese

Place dough on a greased baking sheet,
seal perforations if necessary
and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder

Melt butter in a large measuring cup
and add sliced mushrooms, stirring to coat
Place them evenly on top of dough

Sprinkle with cheeses and rosemary

Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes and check
Continue baking if necessary until dough is golden, 2-4 more minutes

Mushrooms are underrated as an ingredient, so on behalf of mushroom lovers, I thank you.

You are so welcome, enjoy!
That looks like a pizza, a healthy and delicious treat that you wouldn’t feel guilty even though you overate 2 or 3 slices at one go!
Oh my gosh! Looks delicious! I thought it looked like a thin crust pizza too! Pinning and will try soon, but will add a little tomato sauce and not the bleu cheese! Lol Thanks Jenna! ♥️
Thanks Cyndi, yes it’s a pizza or flatbread…I always think of you when I post a recipe with bleu cheese because I know you’re not a fan!
It is a pizza, or flatbread, so easy and so good!

Darn… I just used up my mushrooms on scrambled eggs. But now… I’ll remember this recipe when I purchase mushrooms next week. THANK YOU!

Sounds like a great meatless meal! Good appy too:@)
Yep!
Love the sunflower!
This could be a Lenten meal, Jenna. I like that the mushrooms do t have to be sautéed beforehand.
I know, I couldn’t believe that you could just put them in butter and then bake them on the crust, this is going to be a regular appearance at my house!
That’s what I call dinner Jenna, just add a glass of wine. . .! 🙂
Exactly! 🍷
