So very yummy! I need to make that mushroom bread ASAP!
The mushroom bread looks absolutely amazing!
Thanks Dorothy, it’s a good recipe, I want to make it again soon!
I always love the paint bucket! It reminds me of what I need to save!
Thanks Jeanie, it really helps me narrow down what I want to make…so many recipes, so little time!!
All of these sound delicious! Going to pop over and check some of them out. Your mushroom bread looks like a “ must make” soon. Thanks so much! Xo Lidy
Thanks Lidy, I highly recommend the mushroom bread, it’s easy to make yet it’s elegant enough for guests~ great on it’s own and lovely with soup or salad…
What a wonderful array of some favorite dishes! Happy April Fool’s Day, a day when I am glad not to be teaching. K and 1st grade pranks are so corny and repetitive, but delivered with such enthusiasm you can’t help but smile!
Ha, I can’t even imagine what April Fool’s Day is like for a K and 1st grade teacher!
Good morning, Jenna. Carrot cake cupcakes sound like the perfect Easter dessert. So many wonderful dishes, it all makes me hungry!
I hope you all missed the brunt of the storm last night. There were several tornado warnings near the coast. We escaped without any damage, just high winds!
I thought so too, they are definitely going to be on our Easter menu! Yesterday was super windy and started raining about 10, it got intense between 11:30-1 am, but just lightning, wind and rain…in the 36 years we’ve had the beach house, there’s never been a tornado, so we weren’t too worried…hurricane season is another thing all together!
Jenna, you have a great lineup of recipes and ideas for April. So hard to believe tomorrow is the first and March is in the past. Looking forward to enjoying some of these delicious recipes and sunny spring weather. Hope the storms are gone for a while. Beach weather at the coast is alway great this time of year, not hot and not cold. Happy spring……
Thanks so much Emily, I am so happy April has arrived! Now if we could just get the calendar to slow down so Spring would linger…
Thanks so much for sharing your awesome post with us at Full Plate Thursday, 582. Hope you are having a great week and come back to see us real soon!
Miz Helen
Thanks so much Miz Helen!
I love this idea Jenna! It would be so helpful if I followed your lead & gathered up recipes that I know I’ll cook during the month. I wish I could get my kiddos to try some of the things that you made in March. They look delish! Maybe as they age & head into their pre-teen years I can slip a little more “exotic” (to them lol) ingredients into things. Thanks for sharing on Happiness is Homemade & Crafty Creators!
XOXO,

It really does cut down on meal planning and it encourages me to try new things! Don’t worry, my very picky children grew into quite the foodies!
