Tablescapes, Autumn Safari

Let’s go on a Fall adventure today

An African Safari, you might say…

Pumpkins, leopards, giraffes, a tiger,
a zebra and an elephant

The plates have gold rims, they are oh so elegant!
There are leopards on the plates and jungle palm trees

Pumpkin tureens are ready to fill with a Fall soup of Beer Cheese

The goblets are painted with leopard spots

You’ll also find a leopard pumpkin, believe it or not!

There’s a pumpkin with stripes like the zebra and the tiger you see

At this table the animals happily roam free

Spots, dots, and checks ~
A fun mix of patterns on all these objects!

It’s nice to pretend, set a table and play,
dreaming of an African Safari and an Autumn getaway!

Safe travels!

I love those safari animals so much….wherever did you find them? Love your blog….I read it daily but seldom comment. You are wonderful!
Thank you Diane, I’ve been collecting the small animals for years, many of them are Artesania Riconada ceramic sculptures hand crafted in Uruaquay in the 70s-90s. Thank you for your kind words and taking the time to comment!
Thank you so much!
