I hope you had a festive St. Patrick’s Day!
Now it’s time to think about more Spring decorating
Easter is only 3 weeks away!

This Bird’s Nest Cake is fun to serve for any Spring occasion
It also makes a great centerpiece!
The cake is chocolate fudge with salted caramel glaze
and brown sugar icing~
a wonderful indulgence after Lenten fasting!

Fresh green vegetables also make a lovely Spring centerpiece
The cabbage is hollowed out and filled with pink ranunculus
It is on a large platter lined with cabbage leaves and fresh spinach,
surrounded by a head of butter lettuce,
sugar snap peas and Brussels sprouts
You can see the whole tablescape Spring Garden here

Cabbage is also pretty to use on a buffet,
a green cabbage is hollowed out and filled with a dip
Red and green cabbage leaves hold a variety
of vegetables for dipping
You can see more and get the recipes for
Spring Charcuterie Spread here and here

Tie ribbons around a clear glass vase
and fill it with pretty flowers for an easy, colorful centerpiece
A pretty hat with flowers and a bow
looks pretty on a door or on a table
You can use one you have, buy one,
or make one like this May Bonnet here

This simple bunny can be painted with only a few strokes,
Paint in on glasses, gift bags, a card, anything you want!
See the tutorial here
Use curable paint for glass to make them washable
Decoupage a plain bunny from the craft store
for a beautiful and affordable addition to your Spring decor
like these Fanciful Bunnies here
You can also transform them with paint!
See the tutorial for Black & White Checked Bunnies & Egg here

These burlap bunny bags are really easy to make,
you can fill them with a little candy or an Easter gift
See the tutorial here

These are Easter baskets I made for my grands when they were younger
The baskets are painted white
and then I attached a painted wood initial to each
and lined them with a color coordinated napkin
You can see the tutorial here

Add eggs to your flower arrangements
Put a vase of water into a larger container and surround it with eggs

Use colored eggs for an extra color punch source
These Easter egg painted buckets are fun to use for decoration
or for an Easter egg hunt!
Make a cute HOP sign for your front entry to welcome guests
Use carrots, eggs, little bunnies, bird’s nests,
and Easter grass to make Easter Tiered Tray
It makes a great decoration or centerpiece

Time to get hopping,
Happy Spring!

Gotta’ love a checked bunny!! And I also love the bucket with the polka dots. Your spring offerings are fantastic. Particularly crushing over those bunny bags.
Hope you have a great day! Georgia Gal

Yes. As I walk my dogs it is fun to see the changes each day.
Jenna, what a lovely collection of ideas, crafts, and food for spring and Easter. Love the painted bunny wine glasses – so cute. I’ve seen the hollowed out cabbage as a holder for a vase of flowers, but as a dip holder is genius and perfect for charcuterie! Your tiered tray is adorable for Easter. Thanks for sharing all your wonderful creativity and happy Monday!
