The flavors of the month were Corn and Zucchini
BBQ Chicken & Corn Pizza with Spinach Salad Topping is
a great flatbread using leftover BBQ chicken and corn on the cob
Grilled Peach Crostini from Vindulge was the inspiration for
Summer Peach Salad with Balsamic Glaze
Grilled Hoisin Pork Tenderloin Skewers from the Yummy Life
was the inspiration behind Hoisin Pork
I served it with Zucchini & Corn Sauté
Incredibly Easy Scalloped Potatoes
were adapted from Easy Potatoes Au Gratin
Cheesy Zucchini, Corn & Bacon Casserole
can be a delicious side
or add cooked chicken for a main dish meal
I made another version of one of my favorite go to dinners
Baked Ravioli with Corn, Bacon & Asparagus
Summer means tomato pie and this Cherry Tomato Pie is a good one
