Holiday Napkin Rings

It’s time for the November edition of the Creative Craft Hop

Thank you Sara from Birdz of a Feather

for being our wonderful hostess!

Whether you are coming from Sara’s or

you are a friend, reader, or visitor from My Thrift Store Addiction

Welcome, we are so happy you are here!

The holidays are upon us so let’s make some festive napkin rings

This is a quick and easy project

I ordered plain wood napkin rings from Amazon

I got out some possible decorations from my craft stash

and chose mini wrapped packages, small pieces of greenery,

and wreaths to decorate the rings

I painted the rings red with gloss enamel craft paint

I painted one side and let them dry and then painted the other side

I used a small hand held fan to speed up the process

Next I glued packages and wreaths on the rings with a glue gun

Then I painted white polka dots on them

Use the tip of a paint brush handle, dip it in paint and then apply the dots

When they were dry it was time to play!

I tried them on different napkins, and added greenery to some

I experimented with different napkin folds

I feel a tablescape coming soon 🙂

Thank you so much for your visit~
