Ho ho ho, only 1 week to go!
Here are some last minute ideas for your holiday menu
Bake a batch of Mimosa Muffins to nibble on
for breakfast, brunch or appetizers

Bacon & Eggnog Panettone Pudding
is full of holiday flavors and a festive way to begin your day
Serve special BLT BBQ Bloody Marys
They have a dash of BBQ sauce in the tomato mixture
and are topped with mini BLT skewers
Cheesy Asparagus & Proscuitto Pastries
are a delightful red and green bite
Tomato Canapes with Bacon Chive Aioli
This is one of my favorite appetizers
and especially pretty for the holidays
We have lasagna for Christmas Eve dinner as many people do
This year we’re going to have Ravioli Lasagna with Spinach & Sausage
that I recently posted~
It’s easy to make, can be made ahead,
and it’s so good we can’t wait to have it again!

Speaking of Lasagna,
you can whip up breakfast for Christmas morning
with this easy Sausage Pancake Lasagna
Assemble it the day before and pop it in the oven the next morning

We are going to have Maple Bourbon Glazed Ham for Christmas day dinner

I’m going to serve it with Easy Elegant Sweet Potato Rounds
and a simple spinach salad

We are also going to have Southern Scalloped Pineapple with Pecans
It preps in 5 minutes and can be made ahead of time
and Savory Holiday Bread Pudding
Make sure you have plenty of Cookies for Santa

And Santa would love some
Santa’s Surprise Peppermint Ice Cream Cake
It’s only 4 ingredients and you can make it in 15 minutes!
