Bunny Hat Wreath
It’s time for the February edition of the Monthly Creative Craft Hop
A big thank you to Sara of Birdz of a Feather for being our hostess!

Welcome readers, friends and visitors from Decorate and More with Tip
Didn’t you love her cute soap dish!
I’ve been dreaming of Spring
and today I’m sharing a fun and easy way to make a Bunny Hat Wreath
for your Spring decor
I used a hat that I already had and ordered the bunny headband,
peonies, and ribbon from Amazon here, here, and here
I also used black, pink and white craft paint for the face

I painted the face first
With a heart shaped nose

Then I put the headband on

Next I hot glued 3 peonies between the ears

Then another one in center front

The peonies came on short green stems with leaves,
it was easy to just pop the blooms off

Then I cut a leaf off a stem and glued it on the forehead
and glued lengths of ribbon under the brim
I decided it needed another leaf ~
All done!
Then I hung it inside the front door
My front entrance doesn’t have an overhang
so I have to be careful what I put on the outside
Plus I like to have something pretty to look at inside too!

What amazing creative vision you have Jenna this is just the cutest craft for Easter!
Thanks so much Sara! And, thanks again for contacting me about my missing url 💕
A-door-able Jenna! 🐰 I’ve never seen bunny ears on a headband that hang down like a lop-eared rabbit. Hoppy 😉 Tuesday ♥
Thanks Mary 💕
Jenna, I love the bunny hat wreath! It is charming and a lovely way to welcome springtime. Wishing you a wonderful Tuesday 🩷
Thanks so much Pam! I did see daffodils yesterday, yay!
Just adorable, Jenna. I love how you turned the ears down to make a lop-eared bunny!
Thanks so much!
That’s so cute Jenna! Here comes spring.
Thanks Dorothy🌷🌷🌷
Jenna, I am totally smitten with your bunny hat–such a clever idea for combining the hat and bunny ears! Thanks for the inspiration!
Thank you, a fun and easy craft!
How cute is this? Jenna I love this. I would never have thought to use a hat to create such a beautiful door decoration. Great job. Now I’m on the hunt for a hat!
Thanks so much Tammy!
Super cute. Have a great week Jenna. Hugs. Kris

Thank you Rosie! Happy Valentine’s Day 💕
This is just so adorable! Definitely a very creative way to reuse a hat. Pinned.
Thanks so much!
This is just precious! Unfortunately, I don’t have enough space between my front door and storm door to be able to hang anything. I’ve tried to use one of those over the door wreath hangers to hang something on the exterior of the storm door, but that didn’t seem to work either because I wasn’t able to close the storm door. I will just have to live vicariously through other people’s beautifully decorated entryways.
Thank you Pattie! Just hang the wreath on the inside of your door for you to enjoy 🙂
Your bunny hat wreath is just the sweetest for Easter decor! It’s a cute project that anyone can create. You make it so easy with your tutorial.
Thanks so much Allyson, Easter will be here before we know it!
You had me at the painted bunny face! So so adorable. This would make me smile every time I left the house.

Thanks so much Linda, Happy Valentine’s Day 💕❤️
This bunny design is so clever, creative and full of pure cuteness!💖💖💖
Thanks Mary, fun and easy craft 🙂
Jenna, your bunny hat is just so creative and I love Mary’s comment that it is a-door-able!! Like others have said, I don’t think I would have looked at a hat and imagined a sweet bunny in a million years. I love the droopy ears – what a great find – and the sweet heart nose. The pink peonies are lovely – I am eyeing them for napkin rings! Thanks for sharing all your wonderful creativity and I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week!
Thank you Kim! Yes the peonies would make cute napkin rings, what a great Idea, I just might do that!
Jenna, you made the cutest bunny wreath. It’s perfect for spring/Easter and it’s looks so nice on your front door. I hope you are having a nice week.
