This month’s bucket list steers away from heavier comfort foods

and features recipes suited for lighter dishes

With a hungry tween and teen at my house

Thanks Jenna for sharing all your creativity with us.

  4. How did you know I needed a good hashbrown recipe for EAster brunch? Thanks for the mind reading and good food! Happy Easter to you. – and I can’t believe you have teen and tweens to feed. That happened fast, didn’t it?

    • Happy Easter Leslie Anne! You can’t go wrong with a hash brown casserole, it is on our table frequently! Yes, all of a sudden my 4 grands are growing up too fast. The other day the youngest helped pack up all the toys at the beach house to give away because he doesn’t play with them anymore 🥲

Jenna, it seems impossible how you have a teen and a tween!! I see so many interesting and tasty dishes in the April Paint Bucket. Pineapple sloppy joes sound really good, I am still a child when it comes to loving them and the addition of pineapple definitely sounds yummy. Carrot cake dip also rings my bell. Thank you for the great recipes you share. It is cool and windy here today. But up to 80 degrees on Easter!

    • Thank you Pam and it seems all of a sudden things have changed…my youngest grand helped his mom and I pack up all the toys at the beach house to give away because nobody plays with them anymore 🥲 It’s been almost like summer the past 2 days on the coast, lots of swimming and boating 😎 Have a wonderful and blessed Easter weekend 💕

  12. Kari says:

Jenna I look forward to your recipes as I almost always have one or two to add to my file. thanks for your keeping us in fresh new things to make. As you know, the weather here down south has been very pleasant lately. Lots of snowbirds down here but they usually go back up north after Easter. Don’t know if that will be the case this year as it is tempting to stay in Florida. Have a great and wonderful Easter at the beach. Hugs

    • Thank you so much Kari! That makes me so happy! It’s definitely hard to leave sunny and warm weather! We had a wonderful week on the coast and now we’re back in Birmingham~ April and May are beautiful months here, everything is green and blooming! Happy April~
