BACON & CORN GUACAMOLE DIP
Ingredients
- 2 ears fresh corn cooked {roast in oven or grill for extra flavor}
- 8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 red pepper chopped
- 1/2 guacamole prepared guacamole
- S&P
Instructions
- Combine ingredients, using as much guacamole as you prefer and season to taste. Serves 6
