Peach, Plum & a Dash of Rum Ice Cream

Ingredients

8 oz. Cool Whip, thawed {or substitute 2 cups heavy cream, whipped}

sugar

14 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1/2
cup
rum {I used Malibu Coconut Rum}

peaches
1 plums, chopped
Instructions
Stir sugar into milk, then fold rum and milk into Cool Whip or whipped cream. Freeze. Scoop into bowls to serve and top with chopped fruit
